1. Managing Scrum Processes: The Scrum Master ensures that the Scrum framework is implemented and followed properly. They facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

2. Team Management: The Scrum Master acts as a coach and mentor to the team, helping them understand and embrace Agile principles and practices. They foster a collaborative and self-organizing environment, where team members can work effectively together.
