Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is an integrated program of learning of lean principles and six Sigma concepts/ methodology. To acquire the certificate one needs to complete the examination from GSD Council. Six Sigma is a methodological/ statistical approach in delivering high quality products, processes or services and lean is an approach in delivering high quality products in lesser time with optimal resources. So if integrated, Lean Six Sigma systematically approaches in reduction of defects level continuously with on-time delivery of products resulting customer’s delight which is basically a continuous improvement towards excellence.

Green Belt Certification helps you to possess a thorough understanding of all aspects within the phases of D-M-A-I-C. He/She operates in support of or under the supervision of a Six Sigma Black Belt, analyzes and solves quality problems and is involved in quality improvement projects. These are the professionals who support the Black Belts in an effort, or who lead and execute process-level improvement projects.



After the successful achievement of LSSGB Certification, professional mainly would be:

Recommended to have training on LEAN Six Sigma through a qualified training institution

Sample Certificate



Ensure that you have filled up the basic details.
This exam consists of 50 multiple-choice questions.
Candidate need to score minimum 70 % of the total marks (i.e. 35 out of 50) to pass this examination.
Total duration of this examination is 120 minutes.
Candidate should Tick against only one correct answer in Multiple Choice Questions.
There is no negative marking system applicable in this examination.
