Marcela Lendvaiova is a professional Leadership & Soft skills trainer, mentor, and a certified Coach with 20 years of training over 130 nationalities globally under her belt. She gained both her master's degree and her doctorate from social sciences focused on psychological problems at the Constantine the Philosopher University in Nitra, Slovakia. Furthermore, she completed HR Management studies at Leicester University, England; certification in Neuro-linguistic programming, Timeline therapy â„¢, and Hypnosis in Dubai; and Coaching certification in Bratislava. She's also a registered nurse and former flight attendant and aviation trainer. Moreover, Marcela studied Acting for film in Hollywood, CA, and still performs at International theater Meteorit in Bratislava, Slovakia.

Marcela has trained leaders in global corporations around the world (US, India, Argentina, EMEA, etc), and was voted to be the top 3 finalists 3 years in a row- as a Lecturer of the year 2017, Coach of the year 2018, and Lecturer of the year 2019 at the Learning & Development Awards in Slovakia. She is also technically proficient in Java/J2EE, Oracle, XML, DOT NET and experienced in technical curriculum building, training proposal writing.

Vaclav Koranda is Vice President Human Resources and member of the Board of Directors at T-Systems Malaysia. He has got his first HR Director role at the age of 27. Since then, he has held a number of executive roles in Human Resources, namely in the ICT industry. For a significant part of his career his role also included regional responsibility, mainly for the region of Central/Eastern Europe. Before joining T-Systems Malaysia, he was the VP HR at T-Systems Czech Republic. He also served as a member of the Sector Council for IT and Telecommunications in Czech Republic.

Vaclav holds a Master's Degree in Work & Organizational Psychology from Charle's University in Prague and is also a certified PRINCE2 Practitioner, Certified Human Resource Practitioner (CHRP) and a SHRM Senior Certified Professional. He is a member of Malaysian Institute of Human Resource Management as well as Organisation Development Network Malaysia. In 2018, he received a "CHRO of the Year" award from Employer Branding Institute in India. In 2019, he was named under "101 Global HR Heroes" by the World HRD Congress in Mumbai and also received the HR Leader 2019 award from Malaysian Institute of Human Resource Management.
