The person certified in this field will develop an approach of leading a team and mentoring the same.

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification is an integrated program of learning the lean principles and Six Sigma concepts/methodology. To acquire the certificate one needs to complete the examination from GSD Council.

Black Belts Certified Professionals will be responsible for strategizing and planning the project. You will also be responsible for training the other employees in the organization for yellow and green belts. The Blackbelt certified professionals can work in cross-functional departments. They work closely with the strategic and planning team of the organization. This certification is mostly beneficial for experienced professionals or the top management leaders of the organization consultants and technologists.

There are no mandatory pre-requisite for LSSBB but below are few recommendations.
Recommended to have training on Lean Six Sigma through a qualified training institution.
Recommended to have Lean Six Sigma work Experience.



Ensure that you have filled up the basic details.
This exam consists of 50 multiple-choice questions.
Candidate needs to score a minimum of 70 % of the total marks (i.e. 35 out of 50) to pass this examination.
The total duration of this examination is 150 minutes.
Candidate should Tick against only one correct answer in Multiple Choice Questions.
There is no negative marking system applicable in this examination.
Incase Participant does not score passing percentage, then they will be granted a 2nd attempt at no additional cost. Re-examination can be taken up to 30 days from the date of the 1st exam attempt.
